Everyone has loose change laying around their house and car. The best way to control coin clutter is to keep them in decorative bowls in places that coins are usually found such as the laundry room, your foyer or wherever you to tend to empty your pockets or wallet. When all of the bowls are almost filled empty the change into a ziploc bag. When the bag is full take it with you the next time you go to the grocery store and pour it into the coin machine.
