How Do You Store Your Lingerie?

Underwear and bras can become  a jumbled mess if not folded or hung neatly. Depending on your space drawer dividers are always a good choice. If you are designing a new closet make sure your undergarments are taken into consideration with proper drawer space.

  • Remove all bras and underwear that have holes or you no longer wear.
  • Separate your undergarments by color, it will make it easier getting dressed in the morning.
  • When you take something out and it doesn’t fit don’t put it back in the drawer.
  • Fold your bras inside the cup to take up less space.
Hope these photos and tips inspire you to tackle that one area in your house you have been putting off.

Finding Your Style//The Poncho

Poncho2Fall is officially here and although I live in Florida and it still in the 80’s the poncho is my favorite Fall staple. You can wear it with a tank top, long sleeve shirt or a turtle neck depending on where you live. There are so many different styles and fabrics to choose from than there were in the 70’s. Pair your Poncho with a pair of wide leg jeans or leggings for a casual daytime look.

In the above photo Olivia Palermo shows you how to wear the poncho to perfection including accessories. She has a website full of fashion and lifestyle tips and trends you may want to check out.

If you haven’t already added one to your wardrobe you might want to think about now. With the holidays coming up they are the perfect piece for travel.

A Mother/Daughter Bond

http-::amokmagazine.files.wordpress.com:2014:04:joanandmel2012.jpg?w=640
I was so sad to hear of the passing of Joan Rivers yesterday. I know she was 81 and lived a long life with so much success but all I kept thinking about was her daughter Melissa. They were extremely close and no matter what age your mother is a life without her is unbearable to think about.

Her daughter was the joy of her life and during an interview with E! she said “I gave birth to my best friend”.

She was an amazing women, funny comedian, talented author but most importantly Melissa’s mother. RIP Joan.
