One of my favorite celebrities right now is Maria Menounos. I read her first book The EveryGirl’s Guide to Life and started using my all time favorite Eve Pearl concealer after she mentioned it her book. I have also been tuning into her reality TV show on Oxygen and it has made me love her even more. She is so real when it comes to sharing the ups and downs of her long term relationship with her boyfriend Kevin and what life is like with her Greek Orthodox parents living with her. Being of Greek heritage I know only too well what a great concept this is for a reality TV show.
In Women’s Health Magazine she talked about how she can be camera-ready in as little as 10 minutes, thanks to the tricks she picked up while on the beauty pageant circuit. How does she do it? “Being organized is the biggest tip,” she says. For example, when she checks into a hotel room, the first thing she does is take all of her makeup out of her bag and arrange it on the counter so she can find what she needs right away. Then, she puts all of her pencils and brushes in a cup. “At home you need a system that will make things easy,” she says.
